Pack all clothes, books and loose items into whatever bags and boxes were available immediately. Switch off and prepare the refrigerator for moving. Remove the ceiling fan blades and keep them ready. Disconnect the television and keep all cables together. Have the destination address confirmed and accessible.
We also told them clearly — the team will pack what remains unpacked when they arrive but every item the customer packs themselves saves time and reduces the chance of anything being missed in the rush.
Step 4 — The Team Arrives at 11:00 AM
Our three member team arrived at 11:00 AM. The customer had packed around 15 boxes and bags. Approximately 10 boxes worth of items remained unpacked. The refrigerator was switched off and ready.
The team immediately assessed the situation and divided tasks. One member began packing remaining kitchen items and miscellaneous goods. Two members started preparing the large furniture for loading — disassembling the bed frame and preparing the almirah for movement.
Step 5 — Packing and Loading

Step 6 — Transport and Unloading
